Story of Noah, who was asked to build the Arc and save a pair of each species is a very familiar story. We were told that when rain stopped, Noah sent out a Dove and a raven to find dry land to anchor the Arc and settle his family and all other animals. Dove and Raven were sent out to find land for Noah and other animals to settle.
Dove and Raven fly over the water to finally find the land. When Dove finds the land, it flies back to Noah with the good news. Raven, on the other hand, stays on the land and mourns for all others who did not survive.
Dove decided that since they have survived and moved on, making it new, multiplying , and growing after a downfall, rather than mourning on the past misfortunes.
